Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected mailbox access.
Permitted use
You agree to use MailClerk only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and provider terms (including Gmail, Outlook, and related APIs).
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer protected components, or use MailClerk to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
Service availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, and product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
Fees and billing
Paid features, if enabled, are billed according to your selected plan and renewal cycle. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees and taxes through your chosen payment method.
Termination
You may stop using MailClerk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users and platform security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailClerk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
